Back to Independence Accelerator

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the current Independence Accelerator pre-launch website, waitlist, diagnostic preview, analytics, and early-access communications handle personal information. It is a production-oriented draft for the current landing-page scope and should still receive final legal review before a wider public launch or any paid product activation.

1. Who operates this website

For the current pre-launch phase, this website is operated by the Independence Accelerator project team. Formal company, controller, and local representative details should be added here once the operating entity is finalized. Privacy or data requests can be sent to marketing@iacceleratorapp.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the landing page, waitlist, diagnostic preview, analytics, and early-access communications.

3. How we use information

4. Legal basis and consent

Waitlist and email communication processing is based primarily on your consent. We may also rely on legitimate interests for operating, securing, measuring, and improving the website, provided those interests do not override your rights. You can withdraw consent for future marketing-style communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

5. Analytics, tags, and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure website traffic and waitlist performance. These tools may use cookies, identifiers, device information, and event data to provide analytics. We do not intentionally send email addresses, diagnostic answers, or other directly identifying waitlist form data to Google Analytics.

If advertising pixels, remarketing, Google Ads conversions, Meta Pixel, or additional tracking tools are enabled later, this policy and any required consent experience should be updated before those tools are used for live marketing traffic.

6. Service providers

We use service providers to operate the site and communications, including hosting and security infrastructure, email routing and email delivery providers, analytics tools, and internal operational tools. Current providers include Cloudflare for DNS, routing, security, and tunnel/proxy infrastructure; Brevo for waitlist email and transactional communications; and Google services for analytics and tag management. We do not sell your personal information.

7. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries different from where you live. Where required, appropriate contractual safeguards, provider terms, and data transfer mechanisms should apply. This section should be reviewed again when the formal operating entity, primary markets, and long-term hosting architecture are finalized.

8. Retention

We retain waitlist and communication data for as long as reasonably necessary to run the early-access program, send relevant updates, manage suppression/unsubscribe status, investigate delivery or abuse issues, comply with legal obligations, and support the launch process. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted, anonymized, or kept only where there is a legitimate operational or legal reason.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To make a request, contact marketing@iacceleratorapp.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

10. Children

Independence Accelerator is not intended for children. The current waitlist and future financial product are intended for adults. Please do not join the waitlist or submit information if you are under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, waitlist, communications, analytics stack, legal review, provider setup, or launch scope changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
