These Terms of Use apply to the current Independence Accelerator pre-launch website, waitlist, diagnostic preview, early-access communications, and related informational content. They are written for the current landing-page scope and should still receive final legal review before a wider public launch, paid activation, or mobile app release.

1. Current status of the service

Independence Accelerator is currently presented as a pre-launch financial clarity product with a landing page, waitlist, educational content, and diagnostic preview. The full product, account system, payment flow, mobile app, and premium features are not yet generally available through this website.

2. No professional advice

The website, diagnostic preview, waitlist emails, and early product descriptions are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, credit, debt, or professional advice. You should not make financial or legal decisions solely based on this website or preview content.

3. Waitlist participation

Joining the waitlist is free and does not require payment.
Joining does not guarantee product access, a specific launch date, a specific cohort invitation, or final feature availability.
We may send confirmation emails, founder updates, product updates, diagnostic result emails, and launch information related to Independence Accelerator.
You can unsubscribe from marketing-style communications at any time.

4. Diagnostic preview

The Stability Snapshot and similar diagnostic experiences are simple preview flows designed to help users think about financial runway and stability. They are not a complete financial assessment, do not verify your full financial situation, and should not be treated as a professional recommendation.

5. Pricing and early-access offers

Any pricing, founder offer, lifetime access, seat limit, beta wave, or early-access language on the website describes the current launch intention and may be subject to confirmation when activation begins. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase obligation, payment agreement, subscription, entitlement, or guaranteed right to receive a specific price or product configuration.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or automated data;
attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
interfere with waitlist, analytics, email, or security flows;
copy, scrape, or reuse the website in a way that harms the service;
use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

We may block, rate-limit, ignore, remove, or investigate submissions that appear abusive or inconsistent with the intended use of the site.

7. Intellectual property

The Independence Accelerator name, brand, visual identity, product concepts, copy, diagnostic framing, software, and related assets are owned by or licensed to the Independence Accelerator project team unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, sell, or reuse them in a way that suggests ownership, endorsement, or affiliation.

The site may use or link to third-party services such as analytics, email delivery, social platforms, hosting, routing, and security providers. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content, availability, or practices on external websites.

9. Availability and changes

The landing page and early-access systems are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, pause, remove, or discontinue any part of the landing page, waitlist, diagnostic preview, roadmap, pricing communication, or early-access structure at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Independence Accelerator and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, waitlist participation, delayed access, reliance on informational preview content, provider outages, or changes to the pre-launch product scope.

11. Future paid product terms

Before any paid activation, subscription, lifetime access purchase, app-store release, refund policy, cancellation policy, or premium entitlement flow goes live, additional commercial terms should be provided and reviewed. These pre-launch Terms do not replace those future paid-product terms.
